Free-standing cover in Erkelenz — 6 × 3.5 m, frosted glass with sun protection
In Erkelenz — a good 25 km from Mönchengladbach — we built a free-standing cover of 6 × 3.5 m. The frosted glass roof with sun protection softens the midday sun; a wedge element closes the side.

The house wall could not bear load here, so the structure deliberately stands free on its own posts — close to the house but independent. We sealed the narrow gap between roof and façade cleanly against water ingress.
