The Pinela Deluxe is our louvered roof for anyone who wants not just to adjust but to open up. Its trick: at the touch of a button the louvres slide fully to one side and reveal an almost open sky. When retracted they create an opening of 79 % of the total roof area – it feels like an open terrace that closes again in seconds when needed.

In the open position you get as much light and sky as with hardly any other roof; in the closed position you are reliably protected against any weather. The clever part is in the mechanism: when closing, the synchronously moving louvres press simultaneously on the seals of the integrated rafters, ensuring optimal insulation. For the Rhineland cycle of sudden showers and quickly returning sun, this is ideal.

The Pinela Deluxe is comfortably controlled via the SOMFY remote. It can be built as a wall-mounted model against the house or as a free-standing unit in the garden. We supply it in anthracite (RAL 7024), in widths of 3000, 3500 and 4000 mm and projection depths of 3014, 3571, 4128, 4964 and 6078 mm – so even deep terraces can be elegantly spanned. On request we integrate LED light strips for atmospheric evenings.
