Pigato Patio Roof

The Pigato is our high-end aluminium patio roof for anyone who values plenty of light and a first-class look. At its core is the steel-reinforced gutter profile, which carries a genuine glass roof and opens up a clear, unobstructed view of the sky and garden. Where the Bosco is the solid all-rounder, the Pigato plays in the premium class – with finer profiles and the freedom to work generously with glass.

As standard we supply the Pigato in widths of 4, 5, 6 and 7 metres; through coupling we widen it as you wish. The projection depth is 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4 metres, so almost any terrace in NRW can be covered to fit. Colours are traffic white textured (RAL 9016), cream white (RAL 9001), black textured (RAL 9005) and anthracite textured (RAL 7024).

Because the Pigato is a design model, you help decide the details. For the drainage you choose a round or classic form, for the posts between semi-round and rectangular – so the roof adapts to your architecture rather than the other way round. For the glazing we use 44.2 laminated safety glass or polycarbonate (opal, clear, ultra-clear or solar control). Our advice: for maximum light and the most refined feel, glass is the first choice, while solar-control polycarbonate remains the more affordable, heat-repelling option. Wedge windows, a side element, a sliding glass wall and LED lighting can be added as needed – including later on.

A glass roof of this quality needs a clean base, which is why every Pigato project begins with a free on-site survey and a check of the ground. It is built solely by our own installation team, never subcontractors; as a rule your roof stands within five days, otherwise the installation is free.
